Directions?
From the Vancouver Island, Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal, follow the Pat Bay Hwy 17 South towards Victoria.

Turn right at McKenzie Exit. This will take you to Hwy 1.

Proceed north on Hwy 1 to the Sooke-Colwood Exit, take the exit and follow Hwy 14 to Sooke road.

Once you see Ocean views on the left, this is the water of the Sooke Basin; you are now in the district of Saseenos, Sooke.

As you head towards Sooke you shall see on your LEFT…
*Stone pipe Landing Restaurant
*Shell gas station
*Sunny shores Marina & Sookie Sam’s Mini Golf
*Look for B&B signs…
*Our Neighbour - ‘Waters Edge B&B’ – Business sign sighted from Sooke Road.

Make your next left, Property entrance is marked with Yellow Cedar wood poles & our business sign.

If you travel too far past the correct left turning you will the Save on Gas Station, turn around and make the next right when you see a 'Deer warning sign' and a 'B&B sign'
