Magnolia House $425 per day
Both Homes $750 per day

Grounds rental $500 for duration of booking
$15.00 per EXTRA guest, per day

To confirm a Booking an initial reservation deposit is required (20% of rental price-Visa,M/C)

Accommodation Cancellation policy - 30 Day notice
Cancellations not made before the applicable time period may result in forfeiture of the full reservation deposit, that is unless we are able to re-book at which time you shall only be charged the $25.00 booking fee.

Open-ended damage deposit
Required in the form of Visa or M/C imprint. If no extra charges are made, the imprint will be correctly disposed of 10 days after your stay.

Confirmation of Coach service required
We recommend that overflow cars park at the local 'Park & Ride' area by the Sooke River Store, from there the coach can pick up your extra guests.

Catering Company referal: 'Island Gormet Catering' locally based service provides professional Chef with uniformed staff & full dinner service. Check our links page. For a less expensive & formal catering set-up, Oceanside Gardens has a referal for a local chef & baker.
